THIS IS A CONVERSE COUNTY WYOMING ABANDONED VEHICLE AUCTION. This vehicle was abandoned on a public highway or property in Converse County Wyoming and removed/impounded pursuant to Wyoming law (W.S. 31-13-101 et seq.). It is being sold through Public Surplus online auctions by the Converse County Sheriff’s Office as permitted under state statutes governing abandoned vehicles. Inspection of this vehicle prior to the close of the auction must be scheduled with the auction contact person, typically Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM. While anyone can view the auction, the owner or lienholders have the right to redeem vehicles the first 10 business days of the auction, after which bidding will open and the vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder . All abandoned vehicles are sold on an "as is, where is" basis, without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied. The only authorized method for retrieving a vehicle from the Converse County abandoned vehicle lot is with a flatbed truck, flatbed trailer, or tow truck.
