The City of Mobile will only place the name of the Buyer or Name of the Company and address that appears on. the GOVDEALS Auction Award Notice on the Title and Bill of Sale given to the winner of the auction.. The City. of Mobile will not place any other name on the title or the Bill of. Sale.. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect. the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description. Bidders should inspect the item prior to placing a bid as once the bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled or. retracted. The City reserves the right to not allow the removal of an item if the City deems that the Buyer or Transporter has unsafe loading practice, insufficient resources to load or unsafe equipment that may cause an accident causing injury or damage to City property during loading and removal.
