Viking Investments, LLC or its assigns purchased tax liens on these properties at the August 2022 tax sale for delinquent 2021 taxes. The tax liens matured in August 2024, giving us right of ownership via Tax Deeds. In some cases we may have exercised (filed) our Tax Deed, in others, we will file them upon the sale of our interest to the highest bidder.
