Viking Investments, LLC or its assigns purchased tax liens on these properties at the August 2021 tax sale for delinquent 2020 taxes. The tax liens matured in August 2023, giving us right of ownership via Tax Deeds. In some cases, we may have exercised (filed) our Tax Deed, in others, we will file them upon the sale of our interest to the highest bidder. In either case, upon the sale of our interest and filing of our Tax Deed, we will quitclaim our interest in the properties to the buyer. Due Diligence. Our notes provided on the attached list may or may not be accurate. Structures may have been demolished since we viewed the property. Our agents may have mistakenly viewed the wrong property.
