The winning bidder must disassemble and remove this Double Wide Trailer WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM ACPS STAFF. PLEASE COME PREPARED TO DISASSEMBLE AND REMOVE WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM ACPS STAFF. Winning bidder is responsible for the complete removal of the trailer. Winning bidder must completely remove double wide trailer from ACPS property by September 30, 2026. ACPS does not ship. ACPS does not have shipping supplies to provide winning bidders. The double wide trailer is sold "as is" with no warranties or guarantees. Double wide trailer can be inspected by appointment only. Please telephone 757-894-8039 to schedule an appointment to inspect double wide trailer. The winning bidder will be required to make an appointment to pick up and remove the double wide trailer. * Please note that the contents inside the trailer that are seen in the pictures are not included in the sale.
