Portable classroom with broken AC unit attached. The stairs in the photo are NOT included in the listing. This portable classroom has a garage door in working condition. This is being sold in an as-is, where-is condition. Please note that this portable classroom is currently situated on piers. The hitches and wheels are under the building and would need to be installed to be used. You will be responsible for lifting the portable classroom off the piers to attach the hitches and wheels. Inspections are highly encouraged and are by appointment only. If you show up for an inspection without an appointment, you will be turned away. Pick-up hours are 9am-1pm, Monday through Friday. Pick-up appointments are not available on Friday, August 14th. Please be aware that we no longer permit pick-ups via third-party transportation/shipping companies. Please be prepared to sign the attached hold harmless agreement. --. Please know for your pick-up - Hagerstown Community College prohibits smoking, marijuana products, and all firearms regardless of permits and status. PLEASE NOTE: You need to make sure you have adequate transportation to remove this item. You need to bring your own equipment because we do not have dollies, carts, pallets, etc. Our community college campus is not the size of a warehouse or any other sort of storage site, so please be aware of how large this specific lot is and how you plan on removing the items to your vehicle. Please inspect all attached photos. While these were in working condition when last in use, the functionality and completeness of this lot is not guaranteed. All items are sold as is, where is, and without warranty. See photos for more details. Buyer is responsible for the packaging, the removal, and the transporting of all items. Hagerstown Community College staff members are not permitted to assist in the removal of items, and we are not able to provide moving equipment. We always encourage an appointment for inspection prior to bidding. We only accept tax-exempt documents from Maryland public institutions. Tax-exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close. Tax-exempt status may or may not be recognized by seller. Buyer must arrange an appointment time prior to arriving for pick-up. If you pay for your item but do not pick it up within ten days, you run the risk of the item being reauctioned and your account being blocked from future HCC auctions.
