1993 Chevrolet C/K 1500 REGULAR CAB PICKUP 2-DR, 6.2L V8 OHV 16V DIESEL. SURPLUS PROPERTY - BRISTOL TN POLICE DEPARTMENT. Sold as is/where is. A BILL OF SALE AND TITLE WILL BE PROVIDED. This vehicle was part of the Bristol Tennessee Police Department fleet. Once received by the department, the vehicle was inspected and maintained by a city facility. The vehicle was in service and used by the department before being taken out of service several years ago. Since then, the vehicle has sat and been exposed to the weather/elements without being moved. Attempts were made to boost the vehicle on 6/17/2026, but the vehicle would not start or turn over. Due to this, the condition of the automatic transmission is unknown. No known mechanical issues were reported when the vehicle was removed from service. This does not guarantee that there are no mechanical issues with the vehicle, just that nothing of note was observed when removed from service. The vehicle has minor dents, dings, and scratches throughout. The bedliner was observed to be cracking in areas thus; signs of rust are present in the bed of the truck. Clear coat and paint peel was observed on the hood and roof. No cracked glass was observed. The tires/tread are in poor condition with the possibility of being dry rotted due to how long truck has sat stationary. Driver side tire is completely flat/blown. Vehicle will have to be towed by winning bidder. The interior is in overall fair condition, but dirty. The interior is original with the leather seating in good condition with no rips or cracking observed. Door panels are in overall fair condition with no major damage or scratches observed. Headliner is loose and/or hanging. Top of dash is cracked due to amount of time in exposed sunlight. While in service, the frame of the vehicle was replaced and still appears to be in good condition. See photographs for reference. Equipment includes: Factory AM/FM Radio. Manual windows, manual door locks. Engine, drivetrain, and equipment are in unknown condition.
