All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no warranty expressed, written, or implied. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the item before bidding. Major or minor defects may or may not be noted. Other defects may exist, and it is the bidder’s responsibility to verify the functional condition of each listed item. All sales are final. Items may be inspected by appointment, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No warranties are provided. All sales are final, and items are purchased “AS IS.” Shipping is not available. Removal of purchased property is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items must be picked up within 10 days of the winning bid. Please note you will be penalized after the 10 days if your item is not picked up. No Exceptions. Additional Terms A buyer’s fee of 12.5% applies to this auction. This fee will be added to the final sale price. A bill of sale and title (if applicable) will be issued in accordance with the winning bidder’s GovDeals account information on file at the close of the auction.
