Source-published description

Runs and drives great. Quiet, peaceful, minimalistic, luxury home on wheels. * 5.9 Cummins Diesel Engine with 125k miles. * Alison AT545 Automatic Transmission. Conversion & Equipment Includes:. * 8 Battle Born batteries – approximately $1,000 each when purchased. * Approximately $20,000 invested in the solar system and installation. * Victron Energy electrical components, including inverter/charger, solar charge controller and distribution equipment. * Large roof-mounted solar array. * Pioneer inverter mini-split A/C system – approximately $2,500 installed. * A/C works extremely well and will easily cool the interior. * Approximately 100-gallon fresh-water tank. * Approximately 60-gallon black-water tank. * Nature’s Head composting toilet – approximately $1,200. * Propane instant/tankless water heater. * 12V water pump. * PEX plumbing throughout. * Large tiled shower. * Full bathroom. * Large 12V refrigerator – approximately $3,500. * Propane RV stove/oven – approximately $1,200. * Large stainless-steel kitchen sink. * Butcher-block countertops. * Custom solid-maple cabinetry built and installed by a cabinet maker. * Two beds. * 12V interior lighting with dimmers. * LifeProof waterproof flooring with lifetime warranty. * Insulated floors. * Closed-cell spray-foam insulation in the walls. * Marine-grade electrical wiring used throughout the walls. * High-quality RV windows. * Original bus windows professionally deleted and sealed. * Custom entrance door designed for increased visibility – approximately $3,200; still needs final paint. * Roof ventilation fan. * Smoke detector. * Audio/sound-system wiring has been run but speakers/components have not been installed. * Exterior and interior paint are in good condition. The conversion is substantially completed, but there are still some finishing items that I never got around to completing, primarily painting some trim, finishing the custom entrance door, and other minor cosmetic details. The goal of this build was to create an RV that could operate independently of campground hookups. With the solar array, large battery bank and efficient electrical equipment, the primary limitation when camping off-grid is essentially how long you can make your onboard water supply last. This is a unique, heavily upgraded RV conversion with a substantial amount invested in its electrical, solar, plumbing and interior systems. Please review all photos carefully for condition, equipment and the current state of completion. Please view the conversion before bidding. Home made RV with no guaruntees or warrantees of any kind.
